Cannot access router settings

Hey
I've got a Motorola 2247-N8 router and simply can't get to any of its settings.
The default gateway is 192.168.1.254 which brings me to a page asking me to set a password or allow unrestricted access
No matter what I do, set any password or leave it without, I am redirected to the same page.
Below is a screenshot of the page I am infinitely looped to.
Any help getting past this and actually reaching settings would be fantastic.

Look up how to reset itt o factory specs. A button on the back, probably..

Reset it, then try it again.
