Hey All, I just created my account on here, holy i didn't realize how booming of a forum this is, exciting :D.

Also apologies, i didn't see a forum for troubleshooting the site itself or that link, this was related to my issue.

Im having the issue described in this post:

One of the contributors posted a link to testing all of the possible reasons it could be failing:

"Work systematically through our standard checklist and troubleshooting thread:"

https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...oot-no-video-problems-sticky-updates.3528107/

But it ends up throwing me:

Oops! We ran into some problems.

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

Is it an issue with how new my account is, or is it just bugged for me.?

**UPDATE: ive tried logging in on an entirely separate pc (also incognito), same result so its a permission issue.
