Cannot access the zone either!!!!

Frankly I've been trying to figure out what the heck is
going on with my access to the zone for several days. U
just found this site and see that I am by no means
alone. I do suspect that this is due to the
installation of new security patches. Damn. I played
almost everyday in the past and have not been able to
sign on to the zone all week. I tried sending a note to
msn's help and support staff --- so far nothing.
Worn out, and frustrated too!

I been having the same problem now for weeks, but just
this morning I figured it out. What I did was I went to my
control panel then to add/remove programs and then go to
thr internet explorer and then press the remove button and
then a box will pop up and tha will have three options
(1)remove explorer(2)repair explorer(3)previous version.
pick previous version and then just answer the questions,
and it will bring you back to your old version of windows
(i.e. ver. 5) then just upgrade to i.e ver. 6 without the
added updates. Well I hope this works for you GOODLUCK!
