First I would like to share Details of my Primary/Main Modem/Router.

Primary Modem
Manufacturer: Binatone
Model:856W
Gateway:192.168.1.1

Secondary Router (Running DD-WRT build v3.0-r28444 (12/05/15)
Manufacturer: TP-Link
Model: WR841N v9

For Secondary router setup, I have attached a screenshot. I am using it as Wifi Extender/Repeater.

I cannot access web GUI nor clients of the second router from my primary router.

That is the purpose of the router (actually, gateway) - in the same way as your primary router does not allow access to your own network from the outside. For your secondary router, everytinng on the WAN side is "Internet", therefore - blocked.

What is the purpose of your second router? Set it up in AP mode (disable DHCP, set static IP from same network as primary) if you just want more ports / "more" WiFi

I'm using my second router as wifi range extender. It connects from my primary router Wifi (Prince-Wifi) and broadcast a new SSID (Prince-Wifi-2). There is no physical wire attached to my second router everything is done wirelessly (besides power adaptor).

If I assign same gateway of my primary router (192.168.1.1) to my secondary router than i am not able to access internet.

Its been awhile since u posted ur last question, so, you may have already fixed you problem. In case you haven't solved it:
You are using LAN to WAN type bridging, which doesn't allow access to your secondary router as they are of different LAN. For merely range extension use LAN to LAN extension setup which converge both LAN into one single LAN. So, reset your secondary device and disable NAT and DHCP, and set static IP address within the IP range of your primary router. This way you can access and manage your secondary device remotely from your primary router.
NAT is obviously the reason for your "not able to access internet" issue when using same 'gateway' (assuming you've disabled DHCP from previous answers). Just disable secondary router NAT. Two LAN of same IP would not hold hands.

My Solution:
I bought another TP-Link WR841n Router so now I have 2 of them. Also bought a new DSL modem.

Now my setup was fairly simple.
Primary router is running on Gargoyle Firmware bc of its excellent QoS settings.
The second router is running on stock tp-link firmware

Now I am using the second router as range extender (Wirelessly) Primary is connected to PC via LAN so now high ping while gaming. As I just use wifi for mobile phones so latency doesn't matter that much.

Regards.
