Cannot boot from ssd

I recently installed Window 10 on my ssd using the iso files. After I installed it, I went to my bios to make sure the ssd was first to boot, but it is not boot order list. It only shows my DVD player, usb, and Window Boot Manger. Does anyone know how to fix this.

1, Disconnect your HDD. See what happens.
2. Your SSD is presumably Disk 1, a 250GB?

Yeah. It boots from ssd if I unplug the hdd. It also works if I press F9 before it starts and select the sdd.

So...the Windows Boot Manager is what lives on your SSD. That needs to be first. As it is.

The Windows Boot Manager boots up my hhd. Do you how to change what disk the Window Boot Manger boots?
