Cannot boot windows after SSD cloning

Hi, i purchased a samsung evo 860 SATA and cloned my hdd onto it using samsung migration app. However my computer was unable to boot(i can hear the beep sound and my fans spinning but no display) i thought at first maybe windows 10 did not install properly so i installed Windows 10 onto a USB stick and plugged it in and my computer booted like normal. However today the issue happened again but plugging in the USB stick still does not boot my computer. Idk what is wrong and i am a noob. Would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
(i am unable to see the loading screen where i cannot enter bios. I can confirm my monitor is working)

Solution
Are you using video output on graphics card or on motherboard?
If you're using motherboard video output, then graphics card has to be removed from the system.

Assuming the clone was successful, check in BIOS that the new cloned drive is recognized in the boot manager section. It should be listed as a UEFI boot device. Unplug the older boot drive and see if the system boots correctly.

After cloning is done, you have to unplug the old hdd and boot first time with only ssd connected.

Also show us screenshot from Disk Management. If you have some exotic configuration with multiple drives before adding new ssd, then automatic cloning with samsung migration tool might not be enough and some more advanced cloning tool is required.

Hi thanks for the reply, sorry i made a typo in my thread. I am unable to reach bios. I power on my computer i can hear the beep sound and fans spinning but nothing comes up on my screen. And based on what you said i know why this error happened, I did not unplug my old HDD before booting. I just tried unplugging my HDD but my computer still does not show anything on the screen with only the SSD plugged in, i can hear the beep and fans. And i only had one drive which is the HDD. How do i approach from here. Thanks ~

Still does not boot with no hdd or ssd connected. Tried different video outputs and with a different HDMI cable, does not work. Give me a while to find my jumper, unsure where i kept it.
Specs:
Intel i5-4950
MSI Gtx 960 2GB
2x4GB ddr3 hyperx ram
EVGA supernova 650g+
Asus vanguard b85 mobo
WD black 1TB HDD
Samsung 860 evo 500GB SATA SSD.
Its a rather old rig built 4 years ago only new parts are the PSU and HDD(about 5months) and the SSD i got yesterday. Have been thinking about upgrading for some time so now might be the time :)

I only unplugged the GPU from the PSU and tested video output on the motherboard. Do i have to remove the whole GPU because the CPU cooler is blocking the GPU and i would have to remove the cooler before i remove the GPU which is a pain. Do you have any hypothesis on what could be causing this issue? Edit : tried to clear cmos with the jumper, left it on pins 2,3 for a minute and put it back on 1,2 computer still does not display anything

I just unplugged the GPU and there is display. I also plugged my SSD into my bro's laptop and it booted. Im 99% sure now that my GPU is the cause. Thank you so much for your help haha, i think it was a very unfortunate timing for my GPU to break down. I assume the reason why i was able to boot my computer yesterday was by luck it decided to work once. Have a very good day!
