Cannot change cpu clock ratio to manual

I'm in my UEFI BIOS on my Gigabyte 970A-UD3P Mobo, and I'm trying to overclock my FX-6300. I can't change my CPU Clock Ratio to manual from automatic. It just won't let me. It's stuck at 17.50 and I want it at 22. I click it and press enter to it, and nothing happens. Any advice?

Once the Clock Ratio is highlighted. Try pressing the + and/or - keys. If the ones by the backspace buttons don't work. Try the Keys on the NUMPAD to the left.

Try changing the settings using the plus and minus keys.
