I have a W2363D monitor and RX580. I have got the latest AMD adrenaline software at the time of writing (19.4.1). Everytime I try to change the resolution from native (1920x1080) to what I want (1024x768 at 120Hz) it just says "the custom resolution settings are not compatible with the display" yet before I restored windows 10 to factory default, I had the exact same resolution with same monitor and GPU and it worked fine. Link to what I enter in the custom resolution settings and also Link to the error dialog box afterwards. Because of this problem I'm not able to play any games smoothly so any help is gladly appreciated!

Any questions and I'll respond as soon as possible

That resolution (1024x768 at 120Hz) is not listed in the display's manual.

Why are you trying to use those settings anyway?
As I said before, I've used those settings successfully with my gtx 460 and then now my rx580, so why won't it work now. Trying to get this resolution to work because if I play at 1080p, it becomes laggy on games because of my i7 960 and also the 120Hz instead of 60 looks way smoother on the desktop. Basically because my PC is pretty bad except the GPU and needs an upgrade :)
