My windows 7 has 3 important updates. It wants to install after I shut down my pc (small icon near "Shut down"). After I shut down, then turn on my pc, it opens System Repair, tries to solve an issue, doesnt succeed, then restarts then opens up Windows 7 nomrally, but the update failed to install. And the icon remains near the "shut down" button.

The update is in some way incompatible with your system/software/configuration. Other issues might be: one of the updates needs a prerequisite and can't be installed first - try installing update packages one by one from the Windows Update control panel; or one of the update files might be corrupted, which will require you to redownload the updates.

Update errors usually require extensive tackling untill you stumble on a solution wich actually fits your situation.

Try following guides, and look for the exact error code in log files.
