Hello.
I accidentally installed some software I shouldn’t have- HP design jet software/Drivers. There seemed to be no option for uninstall in the app section so I had to go through the control, panel or device manager and do “remove “and it said it would attempt to uninstall the drivers. I am not sure what it is still remaining. I still have files under program files called “HP print preview” and under in main windows settings in Bluetooth and devices/printers and scanners there is still the HP design jet T120 with a series of random letters and numbers next to it and “driver unavailable”. However thier were two entries for this printer before the “removal” and the printer successfully no longer shows up on the printer “choice” list when live printing . Any insights much appreciated thank you. Is this bad for my computer?
Update – I was able to get rid of it in classic control panel and it doesn’t seem to show up anymore. but what about the HP print preview files under Program Files ?
It is an HP branded computer…
