cannot configure laptop with printer

I have just bought a new laptop SAMSUNG windows 7 and am trying to connect with my HP Deskjet 3070A printer . Both are wireless. Printer not showing in list of printers to add or in more printers list either. Also, have not got the CD that came with printer anymore. How can I do this ? Bear in mind I am not very technical so dummies explaination please !!!

CD you may be able to get from HP, or at least download the full setup fo it. If it's an all-in-one, you need to run the full HP setup to get scanning working. To just connect to the printer, print a self test page from the printer that should have the IP network address on it. Start the printer add wizard, select manually connect, sellect create a new TCP/IP port, use the printer's IP address there. Then select the driver you want to use, you can get that from HP.
