bought a new laptop dell. has intel 3160 dual band wifi card.

have its own wifi ssid only broadcasting so no other devices get on it. is not able to connect to it says error. but if i broadcast a/n it will connect to A.

other devices are getting 40+MB wifi download and the hard wired ones are getting 50+ downloads.

this laptop is stuck on around 20mb download. regardless what ssid it is on.

any help why it will not connexct to N?

thanks i ended up figuring it out. hopefully it helps someone else out. I ended up resetting the router to factory settings, after that the computer were able to magically log in.
