Cannot connect to internet using ethernet cable.

I have a Dell 7010 running Window 7 x64. Everything was working fine about a week ago, but one day I turned it on and I couldn't connect to the internet. There are no exclamation points or X's in device manager. I've tried a new cable, a different port, and a different router. I'm using the on board NIC and I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it. I had dell ship me a new mobo, but it is still not working. Please Help!!!

Is it only with Ethernet ? Are you able to go online using wireless?
