Cannot Connect to Network Drive

My router is an Archer C3150, and we have an My Passport connected to it to back files up to it to back up files, share files, etc. Just the other day I was able to move my Autodesk files, but today when I try to copy a file to it, I get an error message saying "You Need Permission to Perform This Action". I tried adding myself as a user, but that didn't work as I get this error message

Every other PC in the house is able to connect to it, and I've tried looking up solutions but haven't found one that works, or they have settings I can't find. Just in case this matters, I've recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.

Open a CMD as admin. Type "ipconfig /flush dns" then "ipconfig /release" then "ipconfig /renew" then unplug the router and plug it back in.
