Cannot connect to the router settings page

I get a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X, but I cannot connect to the router settings page, I tried to make factory reset but it didn't help.
I'm trying to connect to 192.168.1.1
Maybe I need to set IPv4, mask and default gateway ? Help me please

Set your PC to DHCP, a direct connection to the edge router should provide an IP, mask, defualt gateway, and DNS IP address. The default gateway provided should be the edgerouter.

Then your edgerouter isn't serving as a DHCP server. The 169.x.x.x is an indication of a DHCP failure.

make sure your internet is plugged into the wan interface.

also try only plugging your computer into the router and nothing else going to it.
If you're having ip conflicts this will allow you to get there.
Make sure to look up the exact page name, sometimes just the ip doesn't work. example https://192.168.x.x:1234
