It shows on my phone that I have full internet. But when I try using safari or anything else it says I am not connected to the internet. On the router, the "DSL" and "Wireless" are lit up green (DSL is blinking) but the "Internet" is not lit up at all. I've tried unplugging it for a minute or so and turning it on again but it does the same thing every time. What do I do? It it connected to a phone line.

DSL light on router should not be "blinking" as this means there's a problem with your DSL telephone line or a faulty DSL cable to the router. The "internet" lamp will not come on until the DSL link has established itself (stops blinking).

Check your service status with your internet provider, they may be experiencing problems in your area.

If they say there are no known problems, your router may be faulty. I had two routers go belly-up on me in the last five weeks - I knew it was the router because the problem continued until I installed a new router, then hey presto! it connected straight away.
