Cannot Copy Files onto Flashdrive

Hello,

I insert my new flashdrive into my harddrive. When I try to copy and paste files from the harddrive onto the flashdrive, I get the error message:

"Cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name."

I get the same error when I simply drag the file from the harddrive to the flashdrive.

I am guessing that there is some file that has been deleted but links still remain. Try creating a text file or something and dragging that over - if you have just created it you know it exists, so if it doesn't work that suggests some other course of action. If it does work, try rebooting your computer - that should clear some things out, and maybe fix your problem.
