Question cannot copy letsview-tv.apk usb to Hisense 55U7A TV

Which to connect PC to TV wireless
Downloaded above .apk file onto FAT32 USB stick, plugged in Hisense but TV only reads music/video/pics and no other files on USB.
Cannot find Android version on TV.
Thanks to your site and its experts.
Had my 83rd birthday so excuse the little knowledge

Which to connect PC to TV wireless with Letsview app which I have on laptop but is not available on Hisense appstore . Saw instruction to download 'Letsview-TV.apk' on stick, insert stick in TV + and copy to TV. However TV does not read .apk file ... it only recognizes pic/music/video files i.e. I cannot transfer the .apk file to TV and therefore not use Letsview. I hope its clear now, Thanks
