I just shrank my boot partition which had about 300 gb of unused space using windows disk managment. However when I create try to create a new volume it says I don't have enough space. Even a third party partition tool (easeus partition master) gives me an error
"Please convert an existed primary partition to logical partition"
What should I do?

Solution
Can you show screenshot from Disk Management?
If your drive is partitioned in MBR partition scheme, then only 4 primary partitions can be created (or 3 primary + extended).

Are you able to take a screenshot of the "disk management" application for me please ?? You can do this by opening up the snipping tool in windows and grabbing a screenshot of the "disk management" window. If you could upload it to this site here and provide me with a link ill be happy to try and help.
