Cannot create volume in intel RST

Asus P8H67-M Pro
Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 SP2
Intel RST 10.6.0.1002

As seen on the pictures, I find no option to build a Raid1 using the 3TB harddisk.

Am I missing anything?

I found out what's wrong.

Asus has no bios update to H67 MB.
I swapped the whole setup to a P67 MB(with latest bios), then I am able to create a RAID with >2.2TB harddisk.

Still looking forward to an update from Asus for H67.
