Question Cannot decrypt files after installing windows..

I installed windows 10 again because i exploded ethernet drivers which could not fixed. I had backup of all files, and some where encrypted by right click→properties→general→advanced→"Encrypt contents to secure data".
Now on the fresh windows i cannot copy them to the pc. It says it could not be decrypted. Changing ownerships didn't work though the Usernames are same.

Are you also in possession of the EFS file encryption certificate and key backup , if not your most likely out of luck.

Yeah i guess. I remember a window windows recommended me to backup encryption key or something. Whatever it was, i did it successfully. I have no idea where did it export the key and where it is saved.
