Cannot delete fax jobs from queue on a lexmark.

Have a Lexmark x792de that will not let us delete fax jobs from the queue. It continues to recieve them but will not print them out. Cannot delete or force print from the printer itself or the web interface. Has anyone dealt with this before ?

How are you printing to the printer? Via server print queue, direct IP, direct physical connection? Is it the fax that clogged the queue?
