Cannot delete folder in Windows 10 under "AppData"

It appears I downloaded some shady stuff and got stuck with a folder called "ntuserlitelist" inside of AppData/Local.

I tried to delete the folder but it says "You require permission from DESKTOP-OP51JB3\Solstice8088 to make changes to this folder".

Microsoft Support was dumb as a rock and Malwarebytes can't detect it and Revo Uninstaller can't uninstall it due to it not being able to access the folder like me.

This thing is draining resources from my PC and I haven't found a solution yet. Anybody got some answers?

Try deleting it with "Unlocker". It is a light tool which allows you to delete "un-deletable" folders.
