Cannot Display this video mode Max Payne 3

When Ever I have open max payne 3
now im stuck at a screen that says
"Cannon Display This Video Mode"
"Optimum Resolution 1280x1024 60Hz .
My Video Card NVIDIA 8400 gTx any idea plz tell me

If your monitor cannot display that resolution, it will kick it back. If you monitor handles 1280x1024 maximum, but you are setting it 1900x1200...then the game will not display or throw back an error message.
