Cannot Download files from trusted sites problem

I have this really weard problem where i can't download files from certain website that i'am sure that are trusted sites. For example I tried to download nvidias latest drivers from their websites and the after i click download it will just hangs and nothing happens same happens with sites like asus website where i try to download motherboard drivers. This problems happens with many other broswers like : FireFox,Chrome and internet explorer. It just to not be like this but after i woke up one day this problem happened.

It's free with 4 servers to choose from but sometimes there are ads and that's a bit annoying.
Betternet is an alternative and it's also free,but sometimes you cant connect to their servers.
