Cannot edit folder

I cannot edit a folder when I've used "Take Ownership" and I've made sure in the Security tab that I have full control, I still get "You need permission to preform this action" when trying to move stuff in the folder. What could be wrong?

Right click on the "Folder" and choose "Properties"

Folder Properties will appear and in that select the "security tab"
there u will see "Edit" button....click it and another window opens

there in "Permissions for Authenticated Users" check all the Options in "Allow" and apply

Both my account and administrators have full control, that was the first thing I did.

I also did not mean to mark as best solution.
