Question Cannot enable bitlocker with tpm

I have a gigabyte x570 elite board and plug in my tpm but cannot encrypt my c drive, why is that??? It says group policy settings for bitlocker startup are in conflict and cannot be applied. Please help.

And where did this TPM come from?
Did you clear TPM in BIOS?
Did you enable TPM in BIOS?

That conflict may be caused by having more than one authentication method enabled.

Yes I did but I am afraid it will erase all the keys if i clear Tpm in win 10???

When I try to use bitlocker with Tom I get an error message that it cannot connect to a domain. Please help trying to get this working for 3 days already.
