cannot enable bluetooth

Hello guys I have an hp d103tx with windows 8 pro 64 bit but I cannot connect any Bluetooth device because I cannot turn on my Bluetooth in the pc setting plse help

Exactly why can't you turn it on? Is the bluetooth hardware installed and shown without errors in Device Manager?

the driver I installed does not show up in device manager . But in Bluetooth section only generic driver shows up

Try updating to 8.1 and install the chipset drivers from HP along with the network drivers.
