I just reformatted my HD so that I could get Win XP SP2
to work. Now, when I try to enter a Links 2003 room, I
get the following message: "Unable to launch room.
Please close your browser and try again".
I have MSN Gaming Zone files in the Windows folder, but
it doesn't show up on my add/remove programs.
Please help.
Bill.

Known issues with XP SP2 and various products out there.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=842242

It may help to use the "Enabling programs" section of the above article
to allow Zone.exe, Zproxy.exe and any other Zone program that
communicates with the Zone.

There's a section here on disabling the XP firewall:

Went to the site you suggested, and found a link to
Q842242, which had the exact problem identified. I
needed to download an Active X file, and I hadn't noticed
that at the top of the Zone page. I did that, and am
back in the game. Thanks for the info.
Bill.
