Question Cannot Extend Volume because small system partition in-between volumes

Hello, I want to extend my C volume to use my unallocated space on the same drive but there is a "(Disk 0 partition 5)" in the way so the volumes are not adjacent. I cannot do anything to this (Disk 0 partition 5) and I don't know exactly what it is (when I right click it it only comes up with "Help" as an option. I just want to know if there's any way I can extend my C volume to include the unallocated space?

Delete it. Use diskpart.
Disk Management will not allow deleting it.
