I recently bought a used computer that I believe was reformatted. It cannot connect to the internet because it doesn't have the correct drivers.

I have been able to install other updates using a flash drive, but I can't seem to update the network adapter.

I went to msinfo32, Problem Devices and have four errors:

Ethernet Controller PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_06\4&22F06558&0&0030 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter #2 ROOT\NET\0000 This device cannot start.
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller

PCI\VEN_1B6F&DEV_7023&SUBSYS_50071458&REV_01\4&103F66F3&0&0020 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller PCI\VEN_1B6F&DEV_7023&SUBSYS_50071458&REV_01\4&F195CB1&0&0038 The drivers for this device are not installed.

I'm focused on the first two. I downloaded what I think is the correct driver here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23073/Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-Server-2012-R2-

However, I keep getting the error "Cannot install drivers no intel(r) adapters are present in this computer." SNMP is correctly installed, so I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should start with manufacturer of your PC.
The first controller VEN_10EC&DEV_8168 seems to be RealTek RTL8101 adapter. Intel have nothing to do here, nor is SNMP.
Second controller is "virtual", you don't need drivers for it. It cannot start because there is no other LAN adapter.

So - start with support page of that computer' manufacturer.

Just so I'm clear, the solution is to download a driver for Realtek? I've already done this, restarted, and still cannot connect to my wifi.
