Cannot find driver for PCI simple communications device

Currently having issues with finding a driver for "PCI simple communication device". I remember installing windows a while back and completely forgetting about it because I couldn't find it back then either. I've searched around with the device manager hardware codes and stuff, but I can't find anything. Here they are:

I actually found that one earlier, but I redownloaded it and tried again just to be sure. It just says I don't have the requirements. I have hardware, so that's probably why...
Speccy says I have a FIC PTM33 (socket 775) motherboard.

Edit: Your post got me thinking that I may have simply needed an older version of the Intel ME engine. Q33 is Intel ME 3 so I downloaded that and it worked. Now I feel stupid for asking for help in the first place...
