So i have an Xeon E5-2620 v3, This CPU supports intel turbo boost [Max Turbo Frequency 3.20 GHz] but when i enter BIOS Setup theres no option to enable Turbo Boost that means it is automatically enabled?

my motherboard: http://www.huananzhi.com/html/1//184/185/551.html?view=drivers#anchor
CPU Info; https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...n-processor-e52620-v3-15m-cache-2-40-ghz.html

maybe bios update can solve?

Thank you
I can't find the V3 version of that CPU on WikiChip, but if you look at the bottom of this V4 info -- https://en.wikichip.org/wiki/Special:Browse/:intel-2Fxeon-20e5-2Fe5-2D2620-20v4
You can see that the max clock speed only happens when 1 or 2 cores are taxed. If you are running something that uses more cores, the clock speed will be lower.
The turbo should happen automatically.
Whether your motherboard will support that CPU? Unknown. The Chinese motherboards for the older socket -- unknown quality, unknown support.

I've seen thousands of people using this kit saying it works really well, this kit appeared in the middle of the pandemic, because in my country everything is expensive
