Cannot find "Intel HD Graphics Family" under Display Adapter, - Windows 10

I recenty updated my Windows 8.1 to 10. Before, I had Integrated Intel Graphics and Nvidia Graphics installed on my PC. Both used to work fine. But, after the update I cannot find either of them. I tried to Update Intel Graphics but I could find only "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" under Display Adapter section in Device Manager. I have enabled all options in BIOS.
I am not a tech pro. I don't know how to enable it.
What should I do ? Plzz help..

I use DELL- VOSTRO 5470.

just uninstall the current drivers of nvidia and intel and then download nvidia graphic drivers and intel graphics driver from internet and install them.
