CANNOT FIND password protected sharing windows 7

Hello,
I cannot find Passwor protected sharing in windows7 professional

3. Network and Sharing Center

4. Advanced sharing options

Its towards the bottom.

Click on the windows pearl, control panel, then network and share panel/ Icon.
To the left top you will have an option to change advanced sharing options.
This is where you can turn off password protect sharing.
