Cannot find printer software message on computer

Windows Vista recognizes new hardware for new HP AIO but cannot find software on computer. (There is already another printer also on computer.) Any ideas?Thanks!

Printers usually require an install CD with their drivers. Visit HP.com and search for your printer model.
