Cannot fix overscan in Nvidia control panel (GTX 840m)

So, I have my HP Envy laptop hooked up to a Vizio TV and there is major overscan happening. I tried googling the solution, but in my Nvidia Control Panel, there isn't an option for undercasting. Here is what my control panel looks like:

Specs:
Intel i7-4510u
Nvidia GeForce GTX 840m
12GB Memory

Control panel>display>adjust desktop size and position.

The thing is, there is only the "3D Settings" tab and nothing else, as seen in the picture. Is there any was I could make that come up?

Integrate graphics are likely the source of the problem. I would update bios and reinstall drivers.
