cannot format my pny SSD no matter what HELP!

even my old files are still on the drive after i completely deleted it and formatted many times still nothing

Hey sniper7777777. You could try with DLG (Data Lifeguard Diagnostic software). Download it from here (it's free): http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=810
Use it to write zeros on the drive (Full Erase). The completion time depends on the drive's capacity. And try formatting it again after that.

well everything finished and nothing i have tried software before not that software though but tried in cmd to format gui nothing ive never seen anything like in my 7 years in i.t. (also i know im not supposed to full format a ssd but after quick didnt work felt i have nothing to lose)

Have you tried Secure Erase?

SECURE_ERASE can be triggered only on an unmounted, non-system drive. There are multiple tools that can do this, some may be provided by the drive manufacturer.

This is probably the best way to do this. It should reset the SSD to its factory settings without the risk of damaging the SSD and degrading its performance.

You could also try switching SATA cables.

yea i have also i have brand new sata cables and i switched them too
