Cannot Format My USB?

when i try to format it shows windows unable to complete the format, kindly give some tips, 32GB kingston.

There are some system files which are running in it. These files are not allowing you to format it. You can try formatting it on any other computer.

keep window installation disk on your computer cd drive then put usb in to your computer then it will be formated

Also make sure it genuine and not counterfeit Flash disk.. (the modified firmware could cause this error)
