Question Cannot get ethernet ports in apartment to work. (Pictures)

After the staff came to connect the network, only one port can connect to the router and use it normally, but there is no way to use the network in other rooms of the house, how to solve it? Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

sry guys idk how to upload the picture to the forums, but I can simply describe it as the network port connected to the router is working, but the other ports are not working. There is a network box in the house with many wires and ports connected to it, it looks like it connects the ports in each room together, but in fact the network ports in other rooms are not working

That is a telephone connection box not data.

So how does the wire that works get to the router. Is it DSL or some other kind of cable

Assuming the wall jacks are wired correctly you should be able to use a switch to activate the ports. You might have to move the router to this box but it depends a lot on how the internet cable that goes to the router gets to that room.
