Question Cannot get into BIOS

Hi,
There's a problem, I enabled ultrafast startup in the BIOS, enabled enhanced memory usage. Now suddenly there's a constant whining noise out of the PC, cannot confirm if PSU it is,
Power option > what power buttons do > under shutdown settings - there's no option to turn off fast startup.
Keyboard is usb 3, after tweaking with those BIOS settings , delete button won't take to BIOS, keyboard doesn't respond during boot.

How to get to BIOS without keyboard?

Well, apparently the mainboard internal speaker was making the buzzing noise. So, took it off. No beep code would have an infinite beep, so it has to be faulty speaker right?
