Question Cannot get into BIOS ?

Hello,

The boot option was changed to UEFI only, other PCIE devices - UEFI, VT-d - disabled, and few other changes were made. The windows is in Legacy MBR HDD btw.
Now , cannot get into BIOS pressing del, which is default, after logo screen, it only shows blinking underscore.

However, was able to boot into windows a few times after blinking issue started, but couldn't get into bios, and now cannot boot into windows either. CMOS battery removed and put back, no change. How to fix this?

Mainboard : Gigabyte Z87 HD3, bios ver. F6

Tested with and without RAMs, HDDs and dedicated GPU; still that underscore screen, none of the keyboard F buttons do anything.

Please let me know, if I get a GPT partitioned Windows, will that help to work the DEL button to enter BIOS, since all the window + storage I use is Lagecy MBR, but the Bios is UEFI only settings?
