cannot get to post all new compnents

I have a msi1I mobo amd 5730 cpu get 3 beeps and no post .Have removed all non essental components. Psu roswell 7000. Only noticed that the MOBO only has a 4 pin plug . Could this be a power thing to the cpu . Manuel does not advise

Yes, you need that 4 pin plugged in too. It supplies power to CPU and some other parts.

The roswell has 2 4 pin plugs the MOBO only has 1 Have plugged in both and does no make a differance

I need some solution I have 2 motherboards and several cpu all are doing the same .MSI motherboards . MSI give NO help without a fee charge
