Hello all. So recently I got a x570 tuf gaming and ryzen 7 3700x. Installed OS and everything is fine, except for the chipset driver installation. By clicking in driver installer exe, show "please wait extraction in process" or something like that. Then if I click in install, it says that will restart a couple of times and nothing, just a normal restarting and nothing was installed.
Already tried:
  • adm rights
  • unistall from control panel, delete the amd folder in C
  • clean OS install
  • install directly from the amd drive folder (it says that device driver was not installed and cannot install).
  • install the outdated version of driver available in the asus website and nothing

Current:
  • OS: w10 1909
  • bios: 1405
  • In bios: dcop enabled, ram at 3000mhz, the rest in auto

I think safe mode won't solve the problem. My last attempt was a fresh OS and run the driver installer and nothing. Any idea? Heard that installing a previous version of should solve, there are any differences from the latest driver weighing 50mb and a old version weighing 300mb?
Trying install https://www.amd.com/pt/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570

Thanks in advance

You have to install Version 19.10.22 (370.31 MB) first before installing the update Version 1.7.29.0115 (49.87 MB). In other words, for the latest version you will install both driver and update.
So install 19.10.22 first. 2nd update to 1.7.29.0115. 3rd update to 1.11.22.0454? Or I can jump from 1st to 3rd? Is my first amd gear, and I'm still unfamiliar.
