Today I tried to update to the newest version of the AMD driver, 20.2.2.
I got the error code 1603 and after that I painstakingly tried lots of different things. For one, I tried everything listed on the official AMD support page about this error - DISM, sfc scannow, I DDU'd at least 15 times and I even did a Windows repair upgrade right now. However, 5 hours later, nothing works. Even older drivers (tried 20.1.2 and 20.1.3, think I was on 20.1.2 before this mess) do not work.
The GPU is still recognized, but I cannot install a single driver. It worked perfectly fine before trying to update.
This is what the install log file says:
