Cannot install audio driver Inspirn 9300

It says no drivers loaded and sends me to the dell site and it will not install the driver ater that. It does not matter if I uninstall it or not. What am I suppose to do about this?

Many drivers won't install if they cannot find compatible hardware (ie it's the wrong driver).

Make sure you download & install the correct driver for that exact Dell model and for that exact version of Windows.

You also need to make sure that you are downloading from the appropriate Dell website which serves your specific country, otherwise you risk getting the wrong drivers for it. On any Dell website, you can change the country by clicking the current country-name at top-left of page.
