Cannot install drivers. No intel(R) adapters are present in this computer. Help?

Hi i installed new windows on my PC i have Fujitsu pc. I know that i need network driver to use internet, so i downloaded this - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18713/Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-7-?product=36773 - installing this program it showed this Cannot install drivers. No intel(R) adapters are present in this computer. can someone help me , I don't know what to do , I use enthernet .
PC SPECS :
cpu : intel i5 2500 3.3 GHz
mobo : FUJITSU D22991-A1
gpu : gt 430 1gb
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

What model is your Fujitsu PC?

Either your ethernet adapter is disabled in your BIOS, or it is not an Intel based network adapter (possibly a Realtek device?).

I found what are you talking about , it's enabled , and it's an Realtek RTL8111E Onboard LAN Controller , i don't know if it's what you are talking about
