Cannot install gpu drivers

Read slot of the threads already on here and tried most things

Windows is fully updated
Bios is updated
Tried manual install
Tried before experience
Tried DDU in safe mode for clean installs

The device sometimes shows up under hidden in device manager

It's an Asus Nvidia 2080
Motherboard is the Asus Rog maximus ix code

I'm at work at the moment so will post a full spec when I am back but does anyone have any ideas at all?

OS:

Also include the age of the PSU if it's been recycled or brought over from an older system.

OS: windows 10 pro x64 fall update
