Cannot install my OS?

Hello I very recently bought myself all the pc parts i need to start installing it and i have run into a problem. I have the MSI Z170-A Pro DDR4 LGA 1151 motherboard with the i5-6600k.
I can't install windows on my pc. I have my 120gb kingston ssd that i want to install it on and everytime i try to, it says that it can't find the necessary drivers on my flash drive (windows 7) or that the files may be damaged or missing (windows 8). I read in the forums that the ddr4 boards arent the best for installing windows 7, so i tried win8.1 and it didnt work either. This is very frustrating.
Could it be the motherboard? Because if so i should return it and swap it for an asus board. I believe i did everything right in the bios.

Note that I have the nzxt h440 and a cd rom is not an option.

Why the hell are you using 7 and 8? Just install Win 10 with your 7 key and call it a day. 7 was made too long ago to work out of the box (need drivers loaded during install) and will just hold back the PC

I dont really have a code right now, I was going to purchase it after installing it. I would much rather prefer one of the older windows OS because i do not like win10.

1) You need a key. Don't bother installing the OS without one. Amazon and newegg have them for ~$85, which is far less than the other key components of your system.
2) Just because you "don't like it" doesn't mean it's not better in every single way. Give it a shot, you'll see in a week or two that you were wrong about not liking it

Okay I have found the answer to my problem. It is quite stupid to be honest. Up until now I have been blaming the MSI motherboard that I had, but it was really a very dumb mistake of mine. I accidentally placed my ram sticks into slots 2 and 3 instead of 1 and 2 or 3 and 4. That was the only problem. Now everything works fine!

You can download it off microsoft website. Just the ISO image. You can run your windows for a free trial and then have to get a key. I actually got one for 30 canadian dollars. Windows 10 Professional 64 bit.

1. The RAM sticks should generally be in slots 1 & 3 or 2 & 4.
Whichever are the same color.
