[SOLVED] Cannot install Windows 10 pro

Hi! I have a pc that came with windows 10 home on it. Iv'e downloaded the iso with the various versions like home and pro. The problem is that when I try to do an install of windows 10 Pro it automatically installs windows 10 home. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Did you buy a license for Windows 10 Pro?

Are you trying to do a CLEAN install or are you installing over the top of the existing Windows installation? To do a clean install you need to choose the CUSTOM option, as outlined in my guide.

Hi Darkbreeze! I got it sorted. I had to create a PID.txt file with the windows 10 pro key in the sources directory on the usb drive. Thanks for replying!
